Hair loss is a natural fact that occurs due to certain reasons, commonly due to lack of vitamins or insufficient intake of food. Hair loss does vary from person to person due to reason. Hair loss depends on gender, age, physical strength, hormones, heredity and other surrounding circumstances. Any how many researches have found that intake of few vitamins can control hair loss and regrow hair. Vitamins can be consumed by taking vitamin tablets or capsules. Or vitamins can be consumed by food that contains vitamins in abundance.
Among all vitamins, vitamin A is a component that can cause hair loss and hair growth both. It is quite amazing but yet it is true. The vitamin consumption is sensitive and it is to be taken carefully. The vitamin if taken to 5000 IU it will prevent hair loss where as if the same dose is taken up to 25000 IU it will cause hair loss due to the toxicity developed by the vitamin. The second important vitamin for hair loss is vitamin B. its other members like vitamin B6, B1 and biotin are known best for hair loss. The lack of folic acid causes baldness in men. The most important vitamin for hair loss is folic acid. It is a great source of maintaining hair growth. The folic acid is more likely consumed by women especially when they are pregnant. It not only stops hair loss but also prevent hair loss in future. Vitamin E is important to activate the blood circulation in the scalp. It is mostly found in green vegetables and wholesome grains. Thus all the vitamins are found in most of the vegetables and if for some reason you are unable to consume vegetables or food then you can take supplement of B complex.
